The Gold Leaf Collective is Fort Collins’ first 100% Plant-Based Restaurant built after 4 years of our Plant-Based Food Truck, The Silver Seed. Since 2014, our team has worked to create delicious meals that use zero animal by-products in an effort to reduce our FOODprint on our planet, and put an end to unjust practices that run rampant in today’s animal agriculture sector.
The Gold Leaf Collective exists to explore and better understand ourselves, and our relationship with our environment. We’ve chosen to do so through the unifying power of food and drink served in a space that is safe, judgement-free, and accepting of all opinions and ideas expressed with respect.
